By the end of the project, MEDIATOR will deliver:

• New mediation courses/modules integrated into law and related programmes.
• Trained university staff (minimum 4 per HEI) capable of teaching mediation and supervising practical learning.
• University-based Mediation Centers providing practical learning, internships, and community mediation services.
• Formal cooperation frameworks with Mediation Chambers and legal institutions (MoUs, placements, mentoring).
• Improved employability of graduates, enabling career pathways in mediation, law firms, courts, public institutions, and civil society.
